All classes must be paid in full before the start of each course.
A 1-on-1 hour at LTL equals a full 60 minutes (unless you want to take a break in the middle).
No refund can be given for classes not attended by the student.
If you will be late for a class, please inform your teacher ASAP! LTL teachers are professional instructors who put a lot of work and pride into preparing your classes and teaching you. Please respect them and their time for it. If you must cancel class, inform them so they don’t have to wait for you. Unless otherwise instructed, our teachers will wait for you up to 30 minutes before they consider a class canceled.
All Individual 1-on-1 classes are held at your preferred location or the LTL Campus, depending on classroom availability.
For Safari students, you are responsible for paying for any purchases you make.
We will try our best to arrange classes at a time convenient for you, but time planning will be subject to teacher and classroom availability.
Group Classes
All classes must be paid in full before the start of each course.
Each lesson is 55 minutes long, including a short break.
Guaranteed Maximum Class Size: 10 students per class.
No refund can be given for classes not attended by the student.
LTL provides your teacher with a full-time salary regardless of your attendance. Accordingly, group classes will proceed as scheduled and be billed based on the planned teaching schedule, independent of student participation.
If you miss a class, LTL can arrange a special 1-on-1 Make Up Class at the lowest price of the Individual 1-on-1 program of the same school.
Class schedules follow the LTL Holiday Schedule as published on the LTL Website.
General Terms
By making payment for the program, the Student confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed here, and LTL guarantees the booked course, service and accommodation.
Official LTL Work Hours are 9AM to 6PM Monday to Friday local time.
Force Majeure: In case the government requires our school to remain closed due to natural disaster, lock-downs, weather or fire risks, regulatory or licensing issues or any other reasons determined by the government, all classes will be taught online for the duration of the government mandated closure. Class times might be adjusted according to teacher scheduling. Students need to organize their own IT set up. All classes will be provided online as originally agreed. Prices and course structure will remain the same.
All participants of LTL programs are expected to adhere to proper conduct and obey our campus rules. Disrespecting other cultures and beliefs, using drugs, engaging in illegal activities, exhibiting violent behavior and other inappropriate conduct in or out of the school will not be tolerated. The Student will be liable for all damages to any persons or property caused by such.
The Student is responsible for a valid passport, visa, medical and travel insurance to cover his/her period of stay with LTL.
By participating in the program, the Student agrees that their feedback or photos may be used for training or information materials, including but not limited to the LTL website.
The student understands that according to local laws, CCTV cameras may be installed in some areas for security purposes.
Any changes to courses, accommodations or other LTL programs are a lot of work and very difficult for LTL to do and the cancellation fees are costly for students, so please try to avoid changes whenever possible. Any such changes to the program are subject to availability.
For any changes made to the program after the program has started, we will make every effort to offer solutions to avoid cancellation, such as switching to online classes or postponing the course until your issue is resolved.
Once a third or more of the program has been taken, no further changes to the program are possible.
Cancellation Policy (For 1-on-1 classes only):
Classes can be canceled/modified for up to 50% of your classes with a notice at least 6 work hours in advance. To notify us about a holiday (at least a whole week’s break), please send us an email 2 weeks in advance.
Classes have to be canceled/modified by filling out the Class Cancellation Form. Classes canceled or modified with less or no prior notice will be charged, as LTL cannot re-assign teachers at such short notice. LTL pays your teacher his/her salary whether you come to class or not.
Refund Regulations: All refund applications must be made in written form by email to your Student Advisor. The following regulations will apply based on the time of the application:
Before the start of the earliest program: A full 100% refund of the program fee being refunded shall be made.
After the 1st day and up to one-third of the total program: A refund of 2/3 (about 66%) of the program fee shall be made.

When issuing a refund, we will refund the exact tuition amount in KRW. Any currency conversion fees or other bank charges will be the responsibility of the student.
Refunds shall be made directly to the original payment address in the original method of payment or to an agency if the agency advanced the tuition for a student. Students who paid their tuition fee through an agent must apply for a refund with that agency. We will refund the exact tuition amount in KRW. Any currency conversion fees or other bank charges will be the responsibility of the student.
If you cancel your program after entering the country on a visa applied for with LTL supporting documents, you will have to leave the country immediately. It is not possible to remain in the country on that visa after canceling your program.
