USING THE VERB 주다
When making a request for something in Korean, the verb ‘주다 (to give)’ is used.
For example, the verb ‘해주다 (to do something for someone)’ is a result of combining the verb ‘하다 ( to do)’ and ‘주다’ ( to give).

Making an informal request is quite simple, you just add ‘줘’.
